The Closed-Loop Bio-Ecosystem
Phase 1: Raw Corn Cultivation
Natural corn crops are collected as the renewable organic raw base source, offering a fully sustainable supply chain footprint with low initial emissions.
Phase 2: Corn Starch Extraction
Corn elements undergo structural processing to isolate pure starch carbohydrates, removing non-essential plant fibers and proteins safely.
Phase 3: Polymer Synthesis (PLA & PBAT Granules)
Starch inputs are processed and synthesized into compostable raw material granules using organic PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PBAT structural polymers.
Phase 4: Advanced Bio Polymer Manufacturing
Granules are processed through our automated plant lines—blown, cut, and structurally sealed into highly resilient, functional eco-friendly carrier units.
Phase 5: 180-Day Pure Biodegradation
Post-disposal, under standard composting parameters, the material decomposes entirely back into natural nutrient-rich organic biomass, water, and CO2 within 180 days with zero toxic residue or microplastics.
